The ‘Work and Learn – International Track’ by the Theater and Performing Arts Commission under the Ministry of Culture equips theater enthusiasts with practical skills and elevates their understanding of theater techniques. In its inaugural edition, ten trainees experienced immersive on-job training in the United Kingdom. This initiative aims to nurture their talents, providing international exposure to enhance theater production expertise and contribute to the global theater community’s enrichment.
